Hugh David Whitlow

Mr. Hugh David Whitlow of Richmond, Virginia formerly of Vernon Hill, Virginia died Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at the Westport Rehabilitation Center. He was born July 31, 1943 in Halifax County, Virginia and was 70 years old. He was the son of the late Thomas Radford Whitlow and the late Bessie Stevens Satterfield Whitlow. He was a member of the Mount Vernon Baptist Church and retired from Phillip Morris. He is survived by: One Brother-in-Law Wayne Foldesi of Chesterfield, VA Two Nephews Brian Foldesi and wife Donna of Chesterfield, VA Thomas Foldesi and friend Amie of Fayetteville, NC One Niece Michelle Brown and husband Jay of Colonial Heights, VA Preceded in death by: One Sister Jewell Foldesi Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Mount Vernon Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Wilkins and the Rev. Lawrence Garrett officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Mount Vernon Baptist Church and other times at the home of Wayne Foldesi, 2050 Mountain Road, Halifax, VA.
