Mr. Walter Richardson Carver, III of Charlotte, North Carolina formerly of Halifax, died Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Carolina Medical Center. He was born in Rockingham County, North Carolina September 27, 1967 and was 46 years of age. He was the son of the late Walter Richardson Carver, Jr. and is survived by his mother Clara Powell Carver.
