Mr. Randolph Thomas Henderson, Sr. of Midlothian, Virginia formerly of Halifax County, Virginia died Friday, February 21, 2014 at The Laurels of Willow Creek Nursing Home in Midlothian, Virginia. He was born September 23, 1935 in Halifax County, Virginia and was 78 years old. He was the son of the late Elson Thomas Henderson and the late Mary A. Henderson and married to the late Margie Fergurson Henderson. He was a member of the South Hampton Baptist Church and retired Supervisor from Phillip Morris. Mr. Randolph Thomas Henderson, Sr. is survived by: Two Sons Randolph Thomas "Randy" Henderson, Jr. of Midlothian, VA Kevin Eric Henderson and wife Lynn of Midlothian, VA One Grandson Bryce Thomas Henderson of Midlothian, VA Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Don Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home.
