Mrs. Deborah Perkins Roark of Halifax, Virginia died Monday, December 16, 2013 at her home. She was born in Halifax County, Virginia on February 2, 1953 and was 60 years old. She was the daughter of the late Theodore Edward Perkins and Mattie Conner Perkins, who survives. She was married to Malcolm Stover Roark, Jr. She was member of the Centerville Baptist Church, the VFW Ladies Auxillary in Halifax and was retired as Deputy Clerk for the Halifax County General District Court. Edwards of Gladys, VA Four Step-Grandchildren Two Special Nephews Austin and Parker Vaughan of Halifax, VA Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Centerville Baptist Church with the Rev. Todd McClure officiating. Burial will follow in the Halifax Memorial Gardens.
