Ms. Elsie Louise Austin Neal of Halifax, Virginia died October 3, 2013 at The Woodview. She was born in Schoolfield, Virginia April 11, 1931 and was 82 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Ezra Leonard Austin and Mary Pruitt Austin Adkins. Ms. Neal was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Halifax Congregation.
