Mrs. Lilly Bishop McDowell of Cluster Springs, Virginia died Thursday, September 26, 2013 in South Boston, Virginia. She was born February 17, 1958 in Halifax County, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late James Charles Bishop, Sr. and Gertrude Poole Bishop and is survived by her husband Hugh Watson McDowell, Jr. and two daughters, Morgan Elizabeth McDowell of South Boston, VA and Courtney Anne McDowell of Newport News, VA. Other survivors include: One Sister Katie B.
