Michael David Perkins

Mr. Michael David Perkins of Halifax, Virginia died Monday, September 9, 2013 at the Halifax Regional Hospital. He was born August 25, 1957 in Halifax County, Virginia and was 56 years old. He was the son of the late Archer Raymond Perkins and the late Kathryn Clark Perkins. He was a member of the Pleasant Grove Christian Church. Mr. Michael David Perkins is survived by: One Sister Mary Elizabeth Jones & husband Luke of Halifax One Brother William Clark and wife Sandra of Halifax One Niece Pam Thomas & husband Herman of Halifax Special Cousins Lisa Marsh & husband Bobby of South Boston Special Friend Lindy Hardy of Halifax Adopted Grandchildren Blake & Elizabeth Hardy Many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Pleasant Grove Christian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Ed Melvin officiating. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the home of his brother, William Clark, 2005 Oak Level Road, Halifax, Virginia.
