Mrs. Joan Duncan Bank of South Boston, Virginia died Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the Halifax Regional Hospital after a 15 year battle with Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia.. She was born February 27, 1943 in Brooklyn, New York and was 70 years old. She was the daughter of the late Theonisus Duncan and the late Irene Hesco Duncan and was married to Barry Alan Bank, who survives.
