Margaret Crenshaw Allen

Mrs. Margaret Crenshaw Allen of South Boston, Virginia died Sunday, July 07, 2013 at the Berry Hill Nursing Home. She was born in Halifax County, Virginia on April 28, 1916 and was 97 years old. She was the daughter of the late Leslie Olden Crenshaw and the late Sally Estelle Nichols Crenshaw and was married to the late Herbert Raymond Allen. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of South Boston, Virginia and a graduate of Longwood University. She is survived by: One Son Leslie L. Blanton and wife Suzanne of South Boston, VA One Grandson David Edmond Blanton of Pensacola, FL Two Great-Grandsons Jack & Max Blanton of Pensacola, FL Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Oak Ridge Cemetery with the Rev.
