He was born in Halifax County, Virginia May 31, 1948 and was 65 years of age. He was preceded in death by his parents Woodman Waller and Gladys Walker Waller and is survived by his wife Mitzie Overby Waller. Mr. Waller was a member of Seven Oaks Baptist Church and the National Organization of Building Officials.
