John Thomas Hastings, Sr.

Mr. John Thomas Hastings, Sr. of South Boston, Virginia formerly of Scottsburg, Virginia died Monday April 22, 2013 at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was born in Halifax County, Virginia October 30, 1934 and was 78 years of age. He was the son of the late Oscar Samuel Hastings and Patty Smith Hastings. Mr. Hastings was a farmer and truck driver. M. with the Rev. Dana Cook assisted by Ricky Whitlow, Jr. officiating.
