Audrey Moorefield Culley Mrs. Audrey Moorefield Culley of South Boston, Virginia died Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Halifax Regional Hospital. She was born in Halifax County, Virginia March 23, 1935 and was 77 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Jesse James Moorefield and Katie Buntin Moorefield Snead and was married to the late Allen Mason Culley. Mrs. Culley was of the Baptist Faith and a retired textile worker with Burlington Industries in Halifax. Mrs. Audrey Moorefield Culley is survived by: Three Daughters Dolores Lloyd & husband Bobby of South Boston, VA Ronni Culley of South Boston, VA Denise Culley of South Boston, VA One Grandson: Brian Throckmorton of Scottsburg, VA One Sister: Polly Covington & husband, C. D. of Alton, VA Two Brothers: Robert Moorefield & wife Doris of Scottsburg, VA Alton "Sonny" Snead of South Boston, VA **In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by Two brothers: Joe Moorefield and Jesse Moorefield One sister Thelma Powell Funeral Services for Mrs. Audrey Moorefield Culley will be held Sunday, February 3, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor Dane Skelton and the Pastor Russell Terry officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
