Mr. Lowell Thomas Hudson of Halifax, Virginia died Monday, January 07, 2013 at Halifax Regional Hospital. He was born in South Boston, Virginia June 16, 1942 and was 70 years of age. He was the son of the late John Holland Hudson, Sr. and Gladys Clark Hudson. Mr. Hudson was a member of Childrey Baptist Church. Mr. Lowell Thomas Hudson is survived by: One Son: Andrew Thomas Hudson of Blackstone, VA Two Daughters: Brenda Gayle Hudson of Halifax, VA Kathy Jo Hudson Hicks of Durham, NC One Sister: Monica Hudson Bell of Gladys, VA Four Grandchildren One Great-Grandchild A Special Friend, Carolyn Dressler of Covington, VA ***Preceded in death by a brother, John Holland Hudson, Jr. Graveside Services for Mr. Lowell Thomas Hudson will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 3:00 P. M. at Childrey Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Stanfield officiating. The family will receive friends at the church cemetery from 2:00 - 3:00 P.M. prior to the service.
