Mabel Estelle Pillow Torrence

Mrs. Mabel Estelle Pillow Torrence of Rustburg died Saturday, December 29, 2012 at the Woodview Nursing Home, South Boston. She was born in Charlotte County, Virginia on March 5, 1929 and was 83 years old. She was the daughter of the late Jessie David Pillow and the late Annie Ruth Harper Pillow. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hubert Torrence. She was a member of New Chapel Baptist Church, Rustburg. She is survived by: One daughter Judy T. Crowley and husband Paul of Clearwater, Fla. Three sons: Billy Torrence and wife Dale of Lynchburg, VA David Torrence and wife Jeannette of Florence, South Carolina Kevin Torrence and wife Natalie of Scottsburg, VA Graveside services will be held New Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, Rustburg, VA on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at 2:00 PM.
