Mr. Glenwood Lacy Ragsdale, Sr. of Nathalie, Virginia died Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Salem Veteran's Hospital. He was born in Halifax County, Virginia June 22, 1932 and was 80 years of age. He was the son of the late Clinton Lacy Ragsdale and Lottie Landrum Ragsdale. Mr. Ragsdale was a member of Liberty Church of Christ, an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, a member of the American Legion Post 342 -Volens and the Liberty Band and was a retired Auto Mechanic. Mr. Glenwood Lacy Ragsdale, Sr. is survived by: One Son: Glenwood Lacy Ragsdale, Jr. of Nathalie One Daughter: Carol Ann Beadles & husband Tommy of Nathalie Six Grandchildren: Scarlett Ragsdale, Anna Marie Ragsdale, Jackson Grey Ragsdale, Ellen Powell & husband Sean, Emily Beadles and Erin Beadles One Great-Grandson, Cruise Powell One Sister, Mary Frances West of Nathalie Special Friend, Estelle McLaughlin One Nephew, Kelvin "Kelly" Ragsdale One Niece Kathy Mann ***Preceded in death by: One Brother, Phillip Ragsdale One Brother-in-law: Joe West Funeral Services for Mr. Glenwood Lacy Ragsdale, Sr. will be held at Liberty Church of Christ, Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 2:00 P.
