Richard Mathew Watts, Jr.
Mr. Richard Mathew Watts Jr., of Smithfield, NC, and formely of Halifax County, VA, died Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC. He was born in Scottsburg, VA on January 4, 1925 and was 85 years old at his death. He was the son of the late Ricahrd Mathew Watts Sr. and Minnie Snead Watts and was married to Hilda Womack Watts who survives.
