Anna Popek Boswell

Anna Belle Popek Boswell of Sutherlin, VA passed away peacefully at her home on August 12, 2022.  She was born in Long Branch, NJ on August 20, 1944 and was 77 years of age.  She was the daughter of the late Josef Frank Popek and the late Frances Whitlow Popek. She was married 60 years to Harold W. Boswell who survives.

She was a lifelong member of Arbor Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, was a member of the Hope Sunday School Class and helped with Ladies Helping Hands.  She loved animals, gardening, and collecting antiques.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, August 14, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. at Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Tracey Allred and Rev. Larry Davis officiating.

The family will receive friends Sunday, one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at her home.
