Barbara Vaughan Conner

Barbara Vaughan Conner of South Boston, VA passed away November 8, 2018.  She was born in Halifax on September 12, 1938 and was 80 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Hubert W. Vaughan and the late Susie Wilborn Vaughan. She was married to Charlie Bailey Conner for 59 years.

She was a lifetime member of Pleasant Grove Christian Church, also a member of the Woodmen of the World Lodge 106, loved cooking and travelling with her family and collecting strawberry and Coca Cola keepsakes.

 A graveside service will be held Friday, November 16, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Grace Churchyard Cemetery of News Ferry with the Rev. Russell Terry officiating . Woodmen of the World Rites will be performed by David Francisco.

The family will receive friends, Thursday, November 15, 2018 form 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home.
