Barbara Creasy Snead

Barbara Creasy Snead of South Boston, VA passed away September 18, 2018.  She was born in Halifax, VA on July 4, 1943 and was 75 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Ray Garland Creasy, Sr. and the late Etta Lee Conner Creasy. She was married to Robert Lee Snead who survives.

She was a member of Second Baptist Church and retired from Woodview Nursing Home where she worked as a L.P.N.

Memorial service will be held Friday, September 21, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Aubrey Heath officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday, one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home and other times at her home, 1806 Norwood Ave., South Boston, VA.
