Bercie Throckmorton Glass

Bercie Throckmorton Glass of South Boston, VA passed away December 30, 2019.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on November 4, 1928 and was 91 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Vincent Throckmorton and the late Elizabeth Nichols Throckmorton. She was married Jesse Alfred Glass, Sr.

She was a member of Hunting Creek Baptist Church. She was active member of the Triangle Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

A funeral service will be held January 1, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Hunting Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Sean McGuire officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Hunting Creek Baptist Church and other times at the home of Mary Hudson, 6109 Newbill School Rd, Clover, VA.
