Charles "Butch" Lacy Conner, Sr.

Charles Lacy “Butch” Conner, Sr. of Scottsburg, VA passed away December 15, 2022. He was born in Halifax County, VA on April 4, 1951 and was 71 years of age. He was the son of the late Lacy Matthew Conner and the late Lucille Slate Conner. He was married to Pamela Yancey Conner who survives. He was of the Christian faith. Charles served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era and was a member of the American Legion Post 8. He retired from Norfolk Southern and was an avid NASCAR fan and loved cars. Charles will be remembered in love by all who knew him.
