Charlotte Conley Joseph

Charlotte Conley Joseph of South Boston, VA passed away June 22, 2020.  She was born in Hazard, KY on April 18, 1936 and was 84 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Paul Conley, the late Ruth Combs Flannery and late step-father Parcel Flannery. She was married to the late Donald Patrick Joseph.

She was of the Presbyterian Faith. Charlotte was most proud of her service in the United States Air Force where she met her husband, Donald, of over sixty years. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing family meals, especially during the holidays. Following her retirement, Charlotte’s greatest joy was to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
