Delma S. Toombs

Delma Gilliland Saunders Toombs of Halifax, VA passed away August 9, 2018.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on July 19, 1935 and was 83 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Wilson Brandford Saunders and the late Blanche Gilliland Saunders. She was married to the late Polly Philip Toombs.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Republican Grove.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Republican Grove with the Rev. Shelton Miles officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:30 until 2:00 P.M. at the church.
