Diana Phillips Culley

Mrs. Diana P. Culley of South Boston, VA  passed away Saturday, September 2, 2023 at the Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital.  She was born August 20, 1946 in Halifax County, VA and was 77 years old.  She was the daughter of the late Elbert Thomas Phillips and the late Lorine Barker Phillips and was married to Larry James Culley who survives.

She was a member  of the Second Baptist Church.  Diana was a devoted Grandmother who loved her grandchildren and loved to spoil them.  She also had a passion for game shows and loved to do puzzles.

Memorial services will be held Friday, September 8, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack Stewart officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home.
