Dorothy Guill Powell

Dorothy Guill Powell of Clover, VA passed away March 8, 2022.  She was born in Charlotte County, VA on June 6, 1947 and was 74 years of age. She was the daughter of the late James Aubrey Guill and the late Mildred Louise Guill. She was married to the late Clarence D. Powell.

She was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church and Ash Avenue Baptist Church.  Dorothy loved sewing, traveling to the beach, crafting and flowers.

A funeral service will be held Friday, March 11, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Ash Avenue Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Mull officiating. Burial to follow in Powell Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 11 one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at her home.
