Earl Dale Vaughan

Mr. Earl Dale Vaughan of Scottsburg, VA passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023 at his home.  He was born May 27, 1966 in Halifax County, VA and was 56 years old.  He was the son of the late Edd Earl Vaughan and the late Inez Yates Vaughan and was married to Linda Ann Vaughan, who survives.

He was a member and deacon of Mt. Tirzah Baptist Church in Charlotte Court House.  Dale loved the outdoors, especially fishing. Dale was also a fan of drag racing.  Dale loved spending time with his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Maney officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home and other times at his home.
