Edward Marvin Harris

Edward Marvin Harris of South Boston, VA passed away January 18, 2019.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on September 11, 1932 and was 86 years of age. He was the son of the late Harry Johnson Harris and the late Bessie Waller Harris.

He was a member of Mulberry Baptist Church, a United States Air Force Veteran, and former owner and manager of Green’s Folly Apartments.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Mulberry Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Mull officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall immediately following the service.
