Edward Dewey Snead, Sr.

Mr. Edward Dewey Snead, Sr. of Scottsburg, VA passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital.  He was born October 8, 1930 in Halifax County, VA and was 89 years old.  He was the son of the late George Edward Dewey Snead and the late Gladys Vaughan Snead and was married to Annie Snead who survives.

 

He was a member of Fork Baptist Church.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Warfield officiating.

 

The family will receive friends Sunday, one-hour prior to the service at Fork Baptist Church.
