Ellen Terry Tunnicliff

Ellen Terry Tunnicliff of Nathalie passed away January 11, 2024 at the age of 82.  She was born in Halifax County on July 12, 1941 to the late Joel Phillip Terry and the late Frances Brumfield Terry.  She was married to Jerold Lee Tunnicliff who survives.

Ellen was a lifelong member of Mulberry Baptist Church and a retired Home Economics Teacher in Virginia and Georgia.  Ellen also spent several years as a Virginia real estate agent. She enjoyed life and loved going to the beach, traveling, baking for family and friends, but what gave her the greatest joy was her family and spending time with them.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Mulberry Baptist Church with the Rev. Latta Terry, Rev. Randy Foster and Rev. Coy Terry officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, following the service at the church.
