Erma Joyner Barnes

Erma Joyner Anderson Barnes of South Boston, VA passed away January 30, 2019.  She was born in Isle of Wright County, VA on February 1, 1930 and was 88 years old. She was the daughter of the late John Quincy Joyner and the late Naomi Joyner. She was married to the late William Arthur Barnes.

She was of the Baptist faith.

A funeral service will be held Friday, February 1, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Powell Funeral Home with the Rev. Alfred Reamer officiating. Burial to follow at Olive Branch Cemetery in Portsmouth, VA.

The family will receive friends Friday, one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home.
