Eunice Shelton Estes

Eunice Shelton Estes, 88, of South Boston, VA passed away July 6, 2023.  Eunice was born on November 30, 1934 in Halifax County to the late Louis Irvin Shelton and Anna Blanche Coates Shelton.  She was married to the late Willie Fife Estes, Jr.

She was of the Baptist Faith.  Eunice enjoyed reading, word search puzzles, Elvis, TV and watching her soaps, and the news.  She loved her Granddog, Baylee, “The Baby”.    She was a very loving soul, who will be greatly missed.

A graveside will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Oak Ridge Cemetery with the Rev, Norman Talley officiating.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening at Powell Funeral Home from 7:00 until 8:30 P,M. and other time at 3184 Chatham Rd, Halifax, VA. one hour prior to the service.
