Faye Wilmouth Evans

Gloria Faye Wilmouth Evans of Alton, VA passed away June 15, 2022.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on July 3, 1944 and was 77 years of age. She was the daughter of the late James Shirley Wilmouth and the late Mary John Whitlow Wilmouth. She was married to the late William Homer Evans.

She was a faithful member of Second Baptist Church.  She retired from Goodwill Industries after many years of dedicated service. Faye was a caregiver to all she could help and will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, friend and Nanny to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. John Lewandowski officiating.
