Frances Seamster Clark

Frances Seamster Clark of Scottsburg, VA passed away December 30, 2022.   She was born in Halifax County, VA on October 25, 1936 and was 86 years of age.  She was the daughter of the late Sig Singfield Seamster and the late Carrie Williams Seamster.  She was married to the late Grey Bedford Clark.

She was a faithful member of Bethel Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School.  Frances retired from Burlington Mills after many years of dedicated service.  She enjoyed caring for her yard, flowers and helping wherever she was needed.  She was devoted to her family and will be remembered in love by all who knew her.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Clover Cemetery with the Rev. Kevin Moen officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home.
