Frank Jackson "Jack" Conner, Jr. of Halifax, VA passed away November 25, 2019.  He was born in Halifax County on October 21, 1971 and was 48 years of age. He was the son Frank Jackson Conner, Sr. and Wanda Cage Conner.

He was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church and he loved fishing, gardening, his dogs, especially Sweetie.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joseph Glass officiating. Burial to follow in Emmanuel Episcopal Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home and other times at 3084 Ball Park Loop Rd, Halifax, VA.
