Fred Herbert Clark, III

Fred Herbert Clark, III of Vernon Hill, VA passed away March 7, 2019.  He was born in Portsmouth, VA on October 1, 1966 and was 52 years of age. He was the son of Fred Herbert Clark, Jr. and Jeanette H. Clark. He was married to Lori H. Clark, who survives.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Powel Funeral Home with Hubert Pannell officiating.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home.
