George Edward “Peanut” Adcock of South Boston, VA passed away January 12, 2022. He was born in Halifax County, VA on October 17, 1946 and was 75 years of age. He was the son of the late Norman Giles Adcock and the late Gladys Mae Parrish Adcock.
He was a member of Mt. Cana United Methodist Church and a member of News Ferry Hunting Club. Peanut loved hunting, fishing and could make anything that he wanted such as knives and birdhouses. He could also play the guitar and dearly loved Blue Grass and country music. Peanut will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, son, brother and a dear friend.
