Harrell Ramouth Ford

Harrell Ramouth Ford of Halifax, VA passed away January 24, 2021.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on January 11, 1928 and was 93 years of age. He was the son of the late David Ford and the late Mary Wilmouth Ford. He was married to Carolyn Talbott Ford who survives.

He was a member of Dan River Baptist.  Harrell loved golf, fishing, talking and spending time with his family, friends and neighbors.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Oak Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Don Bryant officiating. In keeping with CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, we recommend the wearing of face masks and practice social distancing. The service will be livestreamed via Powell Funeral Home’s Facebook page.
