Harry Tillman Crews, Jr.

Harry Tillman Crews, Jr. of Halifax, VA passed away June 3, 2020.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on April 8, 1936 and was 84 years of age. He was the son of the late Harry Tillman Crews, Sr. and the late Ola Duncan Crews. He was married to Audrey Epperson Crews who survives.

Tillman loved the land and especially the century old Crews Farm, where he was a lifelong tobacco farmer and there, he and his wife raised their three sons. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be dearly missed.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, June 7, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at McKendree United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Hanson officiating.
