Mrs. Hazel Epps Eades of South Boston, VA passed away on March 8, 2019 at Berry Hill Health and Re-Hab. She was born in Halifax County on January 25, 1927 and was 93 years old. She was the daughter of the late Mose Anderson Epps and Mary Ann Thompson Epps and was married to the late Garland James Eades. She was retired form Daystrom Furniture and was a member of Pleasant Grove Christian Church.
Survivors include:
One daughter
Glenda E. Glascock of South Boston
Two sisters
Mrs. Mary E. McDowell of South Boston
Mrs. Nannie E. Beard of Halifax
Preceded in death by:
Four sisters
Mrs. Lucy E. Tuck, Mrs. Annie E. Whitlow, Mrs. Ruby E. Seamans and Mrs. Pearl Crenshaw.
Three brothers
Mr. Obbie Epps, Mr. Otis Epps, and Mr. Lacy Epps
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 3:00 P.M.at Oak Ridge Cemetery with Rev. Don Bryant officiating.
