Isabel Crews Thomason

Isabel Crews Thomason of South Boston, VA passed away March 4, 2021.  She was born in Halifax, VA on February 18, 1929 and was 92 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Abraham Lincoln Crews and the late Bessie Hailey Crews. She was married to the late Robert L. Thomason.

She was a member of Black Walnut Baptist Church where she was active in the “Sunshiners” Group.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, March 7, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Black Walnut Baptist Church with the Rev. Raymond Wooten and Rev. Larry Davis officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery. In keeping with CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, we recommend the earing of face masks and social distancing.

The family will receive friends Sunday, one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at her home.
