Larry Gunn Conner

Larry Gunn Conner of South Boston, VA passed away April 27, 2023.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on May 10, 1955 and was 67 years of age.  He was the son of the late Herman G. Conner and the late Lillian Watts Conner.  He was married to Patricia Martin Conner who survives.

He was of the Baptist faith and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He will leave a void in our hearts and will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 1, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Halifax Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Buddy Rose officiating.

The family will receive friends Sunday, April 30, 2023 from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M at Powell Funeral Home and other times at his home.
