Mrs. Lois Chesson Cassada of South Boston, VA passed away Friday, November 2, 2018 at Serenity of Sentara Woodview. She was born in Salem County, NJ March 6, 1929 and was 89 years old. She was the daughter of the late Ramon Morse Chesson and Isabel Lacy Chesson and was married to the late James Wallace “Mike” Cassada. She was a member of Dan River Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher and was the church pianist for many years. She taught piano in Halifax County for over 52 years.
