Malissie Saunders Hill

Malissie Saunders Hill of Nathalie, VA passed away June 2, 2019.  She was born in Halifax County on April 21, 1926 and was 93 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Saunders and the late Ruby Owen Saunders. She was married to the late Roy Edmond Hill, Sr.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Republican Grove Church where she was a faithful member and worker.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Republican Grove with Rev. Zak Ford and Rev. Shelton Miles officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at her home, 5152 Chestnut Road, Nathalie, VA.
