Miss Mildred Ann Henderson

Miss Mildred Ann Henderson of Nathalie, VA passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 at the Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born November 17, 1928 in Halifax County, VA and was 91 years old. She was the daughter of the late Frank R. and Maggie M. Henderson. She was a member of the Catawba Baptist Church and a honorary member of the Liberty Christian Church. She was a retired teacher from Halifax Country Public Schools after 38 years of service. Miss Mildred Ann Henderson is survived by: Sister-in-law Christine D. Henderson of Nathalie, VA Two Nieces Kay Tietz (Paul) of Sparks, Nevada Diane Henderson of Halifax, VA One Nephew Keith Henderson (Lindy) of Nathalie, VA Great nephew, Kyle Henderson (Karla) of Nathalie, VA Four Great- Nieces Maggie Gierard (Isaac) of San Francisco, CA Megan Nipper of Halifax, VA Kaitlin and Tessy Henderson both of Nathalie, VA ***Preceded in death by*** Two brothers, Malcolm B. and James L. Henderson One sister, Margaret M. Henderson Sister-in-law, Barbara O. Henderson One niece, Kim R. Henderson Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Catawba Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Stewart officiating.
