Moncie Gibson, Jr.

Moncie Gibson, Jr. of Halifax, VA passed away November 15, 2019.  He was born in Lynchburg, VA on February 21, 1942 and was 77 years of age. He was the son of the late Moncie Washington Gibson, Sr. and the late Eleanor Shipp Edwards.

He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era and later retired from ABB.
