Nannie Overby McKinney

Nannie Irene Overby McKinney 77, of South Boston, VA passed away January 3, 2024.   She was born on December 8, 1946 in Halifax County, VA to the late Howard Lacy Overby and the late Annie Chandler Overby.  Nannie was a member of Ash Avenue Baptist Church.  She enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors, but she truly loved just riding in a car with her sons or her special friend. She will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Halifax Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Norman Talley officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home and other times at her home.
