Patrick Van Anderson

Patrick Van Anderson of Roxboro, NC passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023. He was born in South Boston, VA on March 23, 1992, and was 31 years of age. He was the son of the late Gary Van Anderson and Ellen Honeycutt Wilborn, who survives. Patrick was fond of the great outdoors where he enjoyed hunting and fishing.  Other past times Patrick loved in his free time were shooting pool, watching T.V. and social media.

He was a member of Beth Car Baptist Church in Halifax, VA.

Patrick is survived by:

His children, Arron Lee Van Ramsey and Kayla Marie Rose Anderson, both of Goodview, VA.

His mother, Ellen Honeycutt Wilborn and stepfather, Wendell G. Wilborn of Roxboro, NC.

His brother, Derek Glenn Anderson of Madison, NC.

His stepsister, Melissa Wilborn Mimms of Yanceyville, NC.

His stepsister, Cassie M. Wilborn of Hurdle Mills, NC.

His stepsister, Haley D. Wilborn of Greenville, NC.

He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

His paternal grandparents, William Dillard Anderson and Ola Maxine Anderson.

His maternal grandparents, Charles Herbert Honeycutt and Peggy Glenn Honeycutt.

A celebration of Patrick's life will be held Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 2:00pm at Beth Car Baptist

Church in Halifax, VA with the Rev. Dr. Michael Parnell officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
