Peggy Coates Clarke

Peggy Coates Clarke of Madison Heights, VA passed away December 5, 2019.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on May 26, 1938 and was 81 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Clem Edward Coates and the late Elsie Mae Shelton Coates. She was married to the late Louis Earlie “Spot” Clarke.

She was an active member of Liberty Christian Church. She loved her family and cooking for them.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Liberty Christian Church. Burial to follow in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the home of Bonnie Fisher Riddle, 1062 Thornton Jim Trail, Nathalie, VA 24577.
