Rebecca Lee Powell

Rebecca Lee Powell of South Boston, VA passed away December 22, 2019.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on June 17, 1940 and was 79 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Fred Powell and the late Rosalie Blanton Powell.

She was a member of First Baptist Church.  She worked many dedicated years as a Registered Nurse at Halifax Regional Hospital.

A graveside service will be held Friday, December 27, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Oak Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Susan Davis officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday, one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home.
