Richard Owen Balducci

Mr. Richard Owen Balducci of Vernon Hill, VA passed away at the home of his daughter on Friday, June 21,2019 after a lenghy illness.  He was born in Richmond, VA on February 27, 1942 and was 77 years old.  He was the son of the late Rudolph C. Balducci and Rilla Seay Compton and was married to the late Clara Whitt Balducci.  He was retired from Riverdale Used Tires and was a cattle farmer.  He loved his farm but nothing compared to his sunshine Jessica.  He was an avid baseball fan and a devoted follower of UVA sports.  He was a consummate jokester.
